A consulting firm interviews a handful of leaders and leaves you a deck. Plexo interviews your entire organization, maps how things actually work, and sticks around month after month to make sure implementation actually happens. Faster, deeper, and at a fraction of the cost.

What's the interview like for my team?

Each person has a private ~20-minute conversation with the agent, by voice or text, about their day-to-day work: tasks, tools, blockers. No prep needed, no forms. It's confidential, and people tend to be more candid than they would be with a human consultant.

When do I see results?

Interviews run in parallel, so the complete diagnostic (operations map plus prioritized AI roadmap) is ready in days, not months. We present it live to your leadership team.

Do I need to give access to my systems or install anything?

No. Plexo's agent interviews your team by voice or text. We don't ask for integrations or access to your internal tools.

What about the confidentiality of the answers?

Quotes in the report are attributed by role, not by name. Your data isn't shared or used for anything outside your diagnostic. If your company needs an NDA, we'll sign one.
